All Hatpiece items are made from natural materials and as such will sometimes contain imperfections, colour variation, enhancing the uniqueness of your handcrafted purchase.
Stock items: Purchased as ready made in colours specified on the site.
We are happy to exchange, refund or issue credit for any items you are not satisfied with. As defined by the distance selling regulations the items must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt unused, in their original packaging in perfect condition for resale.
Please contact us before returning any item and quote your original order number on the package.
It is advised that you obtain the minimum of a certificate of posting from the Post Office as we can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Bespoke custom orders: Please note all personalised or made to order items are not covered under the distance selling regulations and as such we are unable to accept returns on these items - to avoid any potential disappointment please ensure you thoroughly check requirements at the time of ordering.
A photograph of the item will be provided before it is packed and posted to ensure you approve.
If your item has been damaged in transit and you require a refund, we request that the item be returned to us at your cost, and a refund will be processed once a claim has been fulfilled by Royal Mail. Please note, this can take up to 90 days (Royal Mail info)
